Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between CoucouManou and any customer making a purchase on www.coucoumanou.com. Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 – Products

CoucouManou offers handcrafted, made-to-order furniture. Due to their bespoke nature, products may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

Article 3 – Pricing

All prices are in euros or GBP (€ / £). CoucouManou is not VAT registered. Prices may be updated at any time; the applicable price is that shown at the time of ordering.

Article 4 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. An order confirmation will be sent by email. CoucouManou reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of payment issues.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods are those available on the site at the time of purchase. All transactions are secured.

Article 6 – Delivery

As products are made to order, delivery times are given as estimates. CoucouManou cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. As CoucouManou's products are made to order, no right of withdrawal applies unless expressly agreed by CoucouManou.

Article 8 – Returns & Refunds

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer must contact CoucouManou within 14 days of receipt. Return arrangements will be agreed on a case-by-case basis.

Article 9 – Legal Warranties

Customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French consumer law.

Article 10 – Liability

CoucouManou shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the products. Liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.

Article 12 – Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal proceedings. Customers may refer to a consumer mediator. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
