Please note - CoucouManou has relocated to France
Delivery to France mainland is FREE.
Delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Switzerland is a flat rate of 250€.
Delivery to United Kingdom is a flat rate of £500.
For all other countries, please contact Nell for a shipping quote.
- All of our pieces are Made to Order.
- Leadtime until dispatch is currently 12 weeks.
- When your item is ready for dispatch, we will inform the customer by email.
- EU delivery should take place within 5 - 12 days of the item being dispatched.
- UK shipping is a standard rate of £800.
- UK orders will be crated and delivered kerbside.
- Please be aware, since Brexit, a duty tax of 20% will be payable by UK customers.
- Please email for quotes for other destinations.
- International delivery should take place within 2 - 3 weeks from dispatch but CoucouManou cannot be held responsible for any disruption or delays.
- The courier company will contact the customer to arrange delivery.
- If it is not a suitable date, another date will be arranged.
- The customer will have to confirm that this new date is suitable.
- If the customer can no longer accept delivery once a date has been confirmed, we will have to add a charge for delivery.
- Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control mean that we are unable to meet the stated deadlines and we will inform the customer as soon as possible if this situation occurs. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. In this situation, the customer’s right to cancel will remain.
- For EU delivery, there will be 1 man to deliver unless the customer contacts us beforehand to discuss 2 man delivery. 2 man delivery will incur a charge in France and an extra payment for the rest of the EU. Please ensure there will be suitable help at the delivery destination. The items can be heavy.
- For UK and International delivery, your item will usually be crated or palletized and delivered to your front door.
- Most items we sell are assembled, apart from the Arch Sideboards which are delivered without the feet attached to avoid any possible damage in transit. The customer will need to re-attach the feet. The items are very easy to assemble.
- Please ensure that access is possible and suitable.
- Please take note of the dimensions supplied on the product pages.
- CoucouManou cannot be held responsible for the inability to access the correct room. PLEASE CHECK ACCESS.
- In the case of a number of items being ordered together we will endeavour to deliver everything at the same time.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check. We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

What happens after I place an order?
You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt.
Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email info@coucoumanou.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.
We will reach out to you separately for items of a custom nature to ensure the proper customizations are applied.
