Damages and Returns
- CoucouManou very much hopes that you are thrilled with your purchase.
- Almost all of our items are Made to Order pieces and are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are received damaged.
- Occasionally, we do have items in stock.
- Stock items may be returned within 14 days of issue.
- Please inform CoucouManou that you intend to return stock items within 14 days.
- The return costs for these undamaged stock items must be paid by the customer.
- The items MUST be returned in their original packaging.
- Photographs MUST be taken of the piece and sent to CoucouManou before dispatching them back to us.
- Please think carefully before returning items. Shipping costs can be high.
- The cost of any damage incurred to these items in transit will be deducted from the refund. We can therefore only refund once the item has been received and inspected by us.

- Please open and check your order on the day of receiving it. If at all possible, please unwrap whilst the couriers are there.

If the delivered item is damaged please contact us within 24 hours.

For damaged items, we will arrange a date for collection & notify you of this as soon as possible.

Photos of the piece/pieces must be taken and emailed to CoucouManou within 24 hours to show the damage.
- The customer will receive a refund within 30 days as long as we have received the item back. Please bear in mind, the speedier the return of the item back to CoucouManou will help facilitate a speedy refund.
- CoucouManou will pay for transport costs if the item is damaged.
- The item must be sent back in the original packaging in order to avoid any further damage.
